Our Services

Buyer’s Inspection

In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have a professional home inspection performed. We are trained to identify all problem areas both small and large that may have been unknown to the previous owners and to identify which require immediate attention.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Whether you are selling your home on your own or using a Realtor, it’s always a wise idea to have a professional home inspection. Knowledge is power and all homes have strengths and weaknesses. We help you answer how serious the problems are and which must be immediately addressed and which can wait. The more you know about your home, the more prepared you will be for negotiation.

New Construction Inspection

In a new home, the quality of construction can vary from job site to job site, therefore many buyers have independent reviews of their construction during various stages of the process, including slab, frame, and final inspection. This relatively inexpensive inspection protects your purchase, prevents unpleasant surprises, and ensures the quality home before a final purchase.

Post-Hurricane Inspections

Facing a hurricane is serious business. Preparing your home, buying supplies, and making the choice to evacuate or hunker down can be hugely stressful for families. We always think about preparing our home before the weather comes, but what about when the hurricane has hit and moved on, leaving destruction in its wake. Have you ever considered a Home Inspection Company to go over hurricane damage? Working with an inspector to go over your home after a weather event like a hurricane can help you assess the damage and create a plan going forward.

Rebuilding after a hurricane is something nobody hopes to do. If your home experiences moderate to severe weather phenomena such as hurricanes, working with your local home inspector to check your property for damage can save you in the long run. Drone Inspections

Although the best way to inspect a roof is by physically walking on it, some roofs aren’t able to be walked on. This may be due to the pitch or height, weather conditions, or the roofs may be a material like tile that shouldn’t be walked on. Most other Inspectors will then either resort to inspecting from the ground, from a ladder or just recommend that a third party roofing contractor inspect the roof. Our inspector is licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration to use small unmanned aircrafts (drones) to capture high-resolution images of even the hardest to get to roofs.
